The user agrees that Quantum Pong LLC website and its contents are protected under copyright law, and that the use of this website also confirms agreement that you will not reproduce or redistribute Quantum Pong LLC’s intellectual property including new trademark registrations in any way; including electronic or digital. By use of this website you confirm agreement that Quantum Pong and Pingo are registered and protected trademarks. By using this website, you agree not to reproduce, replicate or manufacture products offered by Quantum Pong LLC. 

By using this website you grant Quantum Pong LLC a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, copy, use, and broadcast any content you upload or publish. Should there be an intellectual property claim, Quantum Pong LLC should be contacted immediately in order to come to an agreement. 

Privacy Policy: We advise that you read our privacy policy (see link on previous web page) before you continue using our website regarding our user data collection practices.

Shipping and Order Policy: Allow Quantum Pong 3-5 days for order processing once order has been submitted. Shipment and tracking information will be sent to your email address that was provided when order was submitted.  See individual product listings for shipping options and costs.

User Accounts: As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate. You are also responsible for maintaining the safety and security of this private information. As a user, activities that occur under your account or password are your responsibility. Disputes: By using this website or products purchased by Quantum Pong, LLC you consent to exclusive jurisdiction, venue, and arbitration by state or federal court to reside in Lakewood, Colorado. 

Indemnification: You agree Quantum Pong LLC and its affiliates are indemnified and not liable for any damages, and that Quantum Pong LLC is held harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our products and services, by using our website and products there in, including Pingo. Quantum Pong LLC reserves the right to select its own legal counsel. 

Quantum Pong reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, including edits, modifications, and changes. Users shall be notified of any changes via email. This agreement replaces and supercedes all prior agreements regarding use of this website; and is an understanding between Quantum Pong LLC and you; the user.
